It is that time of year again! These morrel mushrooms went into a smoked trout, mushroom creamy sauce pasta. It's cold out there, but stuff is still growing. Happy foraging!

Nice peppers ! Tiss the season! Yesterday's job was processing some beauty jalapeños and chilies for this mixed pickled pepper party. Clearwater farm's had some extra and I was happy to help them out.
