I practice and teach the art of intentional written communication — with nature, intuition, and each other — for a more peaceful, connected world.

I’m feeling a pull to spend some time reflecting on my intentions for my work for the coming calendar year and time contemplating how I write about and talk about and think about it now, in this particular moment.
For others who may be feeling the same and would find a thoughtful, structured, gentle process for languaging their contributions helpful, I wanted to make my homepage writing workbook as accessible as possible.
There is a limited number of free copies. If the offer code doesn’t work, it means they’ve all been claimed. But the 50% off code will be in effect until midnight this January 31 so you have time to think about it and decide if this is a purchase you want to make. Please don’t feel pressed.
Thank you for being here and for supporting me and my work. 💛

The newsletter provider I have used for 14 years or so is no more as of the end of this month and I need to transfer my contacts to a new account. This morning, I downloaded the CSV file they provide - to discover it is every email address for every person to ever subscribe to my newsletter! 16,484.
That’s a lot of souls who have travelled through my orbit! I had no idea. (Also, I’m sure, some bots. Bless their inanimate hearts too.)
I have to go through the spreadsheet row by row to manually remove all the hard bounces and unsubscribes to ensure I don’t email anyone I shouldn’t - so if you feel a beam of warmth from some unknown direction, it could be me, smiling to read your name, whether you’re still with me or have moved on. ❤️
(the photo didn’t quite work out but it’s my shadow in the reflection of my office window on my laptop screen blowing a kiss)

I’m in my favourite coffee shop, sipping a latte, listening to Leonard Cohen sing there’s no cure for love, working on a new writing project. I hope you have everything you need to do your important work too.
