After five weeks of baking increasingly more edible 100% whole wheat bread, I finally feel like I'm getting the hang of it. It still takes a lot of mental energy and there's no one recipe that's the clear winner for our weekly sourdough bread just yet.
This whole wheat english muffin recipe from was a breath of fresh air. So simple and yet the result was flawless!
I had a fun time cooking eggs using the same cookie cutter to make them the perfect size to fit inside.
