I’m sure some of you can relate to this. I am a picky eater and won’t just eat anything anywhere. I always pre-screen menus in restaurants before going to make sure they have something that I can enjoy. Thankfully I don’t suffer from any allergies or extreme sensitivities, but I know what serves my body well and what doesn’t. Having extensive nutritional and fitness background helps me to make the right decisions.
Gluten free and lactose free options are always a must.
Since I am not vegan or vegetarian I am ok with meat, but in moderation. I do vegetarian or vegan days a few times a week to balance things out.
I love mixed salads and bowls as those usually provide great balance of different nutrients.
