Axis Music offers private and group violin, cello and piano workshops, guest artist workshops, concert trips, a mentorship program, and performance opportunities in southwest Scarborough. Our participants are either residents of Toronto Community Housing or have been identified as low income families by the City of Toronto through its Welcome Policy.

We were excited to collaborate with the students of Lord Roberts PS in Scarborough in May! Lead artists violinist Sharon Lee, soprano Alyssa DiMarco and percussionist Walter Maclean collaboratively created and recorded three new musical works with students, and students sang and played violin and percussion on the recordings.
