Real estate agents. Quick tip on headshots.
If your photo feels dated, stiff, or just not you anymore, you don’t automatically need a new shoot.
With the right AI prompt, you can turn a decent existing photo into a modern, professional, LinkedIn-ready headshot. The key is locking identity and avoiding that over-smoothed, obviously fake look.
I’ve been testing this across different tools and it’s surprisingly consistent when you’re specific.
I’m dropping the exact prompt I use in the comments.
Use it as-is. Upload a clean photo. Neutral lighting works best.
This is especially useful if your headshot shows up everywhere. MLS, Google, listing decks, email signatures, social profiles.
If you want variations tuned for listing signs, team pages, or a more casual brand vibe, say the word and I’ll share those too.

Quick tip for realtors who want local pages to rank without overcomplicating SEO.
Here’s the problem 👇
Most agents do SEO like this. Write a blog, post it once, and hope Google notices. It usually doesn’t.
Here’s a simpler approach that works better.
1️⃣ Start with real research.
Before writing anything, pull real data. Local market stats, buyer search terms, builder pages, government info, and neighbourhood details. No guessing and no generic “top 5 tips” content.
2️⃣ Build the first draft with structure in mind.
One clear main topic, clean sections, and questions buyers and sellers actually ask. This helps Google understand the page and keeps humans reading.
3️⃣ Clean it up so it sounds human.
Tighten the opening, remove filler, sharpen each section. If it sounds robotic, it won’t convert.
4️⃣ Turn it into a proper landing page.
Not a random blog post. Clear headline, clear value, and one simple next step for the reader.
5️⃣ Publish once.
No endless tweaking. Get it live.
6️⃣ Reuse it everywhere.
That single page can turn into a blog post, Facebook post, email, and a short video script.
Why this works.
Most agent content disappears in 24 hours. A ranking page works for you every day.
