A few months ago, this Mimico backyard was open space. Now it holds a finished, fully self-contained home.

From fall through spring, one team carried it from the first dig to the final key.

Ground cleared and the foundation set
Framed and built through the winter
Finished as a complete garden suite

Inside, 400 square feet that lives like a full house: a custom kitchen with a quartz waterfall island, an open living area, a private bedroom, a full tiled bathroom, and in-suite laundry. It runs on its own electrical, heating, cooling, and hot water.

A garden suite like this adds real value to a property: room for family, a source of rental income, and lasting worth for years to come.

There is a complete home in this Mimico backyard, finished and fully its own.
Step inside 400 square feet that lives like a full house.
A custom kitchen with a quartz waterfall island and stainless appliances

A bright open living area

A private bedroom with garden-facing windows

A full bathroom with a large-format tile shower and a fluted vanity

In-suite laundry tucked into its own closet
It runs on its own electrical, heating, cooling, and hot water, which is what makes a garden suite such a flexible asset: a home for family, a mortgage helper, or lasting value added to your property.
One team carried it from the first drawing to the final key, across the GTA.

Some builds speak for themselves.

Press play and walk all 400 square feet of our finished Mimico garden suite.

No narration needed. Just the details.

Step through the door and it opens into a custom peninsula kitchen: quartz waterfall counters, a marble-look backsplash, and full stainless appliances, flowing straight into an open-concept living area on durable vinyl plank and tile.

Down the hall, a spa-style bathroom finished in large-format porcelain tile with a glass walk-in shower.

Then a bright bedroom with a built-in sliding-door closet and garden-facing windows that pull in natural light.

And in-suite laundry, stacked neatly into its own dedicated closet.

What the camera can’t show you is what makes it a true home: its own electrical panel, its own heating and cooling, and its own hot water, all fully independent from the main house. Not just a finished backyard room.

All of it wrapped in a black board-and-batten exterior, with a landscaped garden and a stone patio.

Designed and built entirely by our team, foundation to final finishes, through a Toronto winter.

Proof that a small footprint and a complete home can be the same place.
