🌶️ Garhwali Bhang ki Chutney (H**p Seed Chutney)
🥣 Ingredients
Bhang seeds (h**p seeds) – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4–5 cloves
Green chilli – 1 (optional)
Lemon juice or fresh lemon grass / galgal juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
🔥 Method
Dry roast bhang seeds on low flame till they start cracking and release aroma.
Let them cool slightly.
Grind roasted bhang seeds, garlic, green chilli, and salt using a stone grinder (sil-batta) or mixer.
Add lemon juice and little water to make a thick chutney.
Taste and adjust salt or sourness.
