STNDRD FARE started with our kids, and the idea of living a more balance life, getting outside more often and promoting everyday outdoor play as a family. We looked at inhibitors to outdoor play and there were quite a few, some that we couldn't control to a large extent. But one that stood out was "comfort". People just weren't comfortable getting outside and being active from Monday to Friday. After all, it's no fun to get sweaty in a suit and tie. So we set out to build a line of shirts and accessories that promote, rather than inhibit active outdoor pursuits and won't have you showing up at the office looking like you just got off the spin-bike at the gym. Our inaugural launch of our jersey knit button-downs, henley's and tees have all of the performance properties of your favourite go-to gym clothes, but with a tailored styling and old-world build quality that allows you to wear it straight from your cottage or campsite to your Monday morning meeting. 3% of all net sales will go to funding local outdoor organizations and wilderness initiatives, so let us know if you have any organizations that are dear to your heart and we'll look at putting them on our list.
