Ever wondered what makes our kitchen renovations stand out? Here are the top three elements we focus on.

The kitchen work triangle? Cute starting point. But if that’s the only thing guiding your kitchen layout, we need to have a talk (preferably over coffee from your not-so-ideally-placed machine).

Let’s go beyond the triangle, shall we?

- Dishwasher placement: Left or right of the sink? Depends. Are you a righty, a lefty, or a chaotic neutral who stacks dishes like a game of Jenga? This is personal. And no, there’s no gold star for symmetry.
- The recycling station: Who said it has to live by the sink? That whole zone’s already a high-traffic mess; wet hands, open dishwasher doors, flying forks. We’ve placed recycling bins clear across the kitchen, even at the far end of an island, and guess what? No one died.
- Integrated drawers: Want that sleek, modern I live in a design magazine vibe? Integrated drawers are your best friend. They hide the clutter, keep your storage game strong, and save you from a kitchen that looks like it’s 80% cabinet doors.

Bottom line: your kitchen should work for you, not for some ancient triangle rule written before air fryers were a thing.

Struggling with a tiny bathroom? Discover the clever solutions we've designed to make the most of limited space.

Even the tiniest bathroom has storage potential. But only if we stop clinging to those tragic over-the-toilet shelves like it’s 2001. They’re clunky, they're clumsy, and let’s be honest… they give “first apartment with no budget” energy.

We can do better. And by better, I mean stylish and functional. Let’s upgrade:

- Wall shelves: Perfect for towels, cute little candles, and pretending you live in a Pinterest board.
- Wall-hung vanity: Float it off the floor, toss a pretty basket underneath, and boom! Bonus space for TP and bath stuff you actually use.
- 36” tall, floor-to-the-ground vanity: Think kitchen-cabinet-height, but for your bathroom. Extra drawer = extra room for secrets (or serums).
- Hooks on the back of the door: Yes, even your robe deserves better. If it looks like it's survived the apocalypse, take the hint. It’s time for a glow-up.
- Shower niche: Whether built-in or bought off the shelf, a niche says, “I have my life together.” Even if your loofah collection says otherwise.
- Medicine cabinet: I know, I know. They’ve got a bad rap. But recessed ones? Chef’s kiss. Mirror in the front, chaos neatly hidden behind.

Moral of the story? Storage doesn’t have to scream functional. It can whisper intentional design with taste. (And maybe a little shade.)

Most homeowners unpack into chaos. Only to relive the chaos when they start renovating. The 2026 Toronto home buyer is doing things a little differently. They are leaving chaos in the rear-view mirror. They are planning ahead of time. They are redesigning kitchens, bathrooms and storage before the first box arrives.

Because the most expensive mistake is trying to live in a space you already know you'll change. If this sounds like you, let's have that conversation and see what we can do together ahead of time.
