Please welcome the newest face at MiBody! ✨
We are so happy to introduce Adam Blackadder. Adam is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who brings a serious depth of experience to the team, ranging from 17 years in martial arts and a BJJ Black Belt to his work as a certified breathwork facilitator.
His approach is the perfect mix of structure and subtlety. He combines a deep understanding of biomechanics with nervous system regulation and energetic awareness to help you move, heal, and evolve. When he is not in the clinic, he is likely deepening his own practice through Iyengar yoga or meditation.
Adam is all about helping you reconnect with your body to find more strength and clarity in your everyday life. We are thrilled to have his curious mind and movement expertise on the team.
Adam is available on Mondays and Fridays.

✨ Welcome to the Team, Dana ✨
We’re so excited to welcome to the MiBody Collective.
Dana is an E-RYT yoga teacher, retreat leader, Brain Body Being facilitator and faculty member, and a Registered Clinical Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist. Her work is thoughtful, trauma-aware, and deeply rooted in real life experience.
Dana’s yoga journey began in her 20s in Florida, practicing with a small group of elderly city employees. What started as a physical practice quickly became something far more meaningful. In her 30s, yoga and meditation supported her through substance misuse and mental health challenges. Now in her late 40s, Dana shares these practices to help others regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and feel more at home in their bodies in a fast-paced world.
With over 1,000 hours of training in Hatha, Aerial, and Yin yoga, time spent in Rishikesh, India studying Bhakti yoga, and years teaching and supporting trainings in Costa Rica, Dana brings depth, honesty, and care to her work. She offers one-on-one and small group sessions, weaving together somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and ceremony to support intuitive movement, interoception, and embodied awareness.
Her approach fits so naturally within the MiBody space and we’re really looking forward to sharing her work with this community. ✨
