We're thrilled to share that the Ontario Arts Council - Conseil des arts de l'Ontario will continue to receive support with a $60 million operating allocation for 2024-25, confirmed by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport. Findings from Forum Research demonstrate the significant impact of last year's arts funding on our economy and communities, showcasing the critical role of our research in supporting effective arts and cultural policy.

Recently, the Ontario Arts Council highlighted a report showing that arts and culture trips have a significantly higher economic impact than non-arts related tourism. This is a remarkable testament to the value that cultural engagement adds to our economy.
