ory of Music as well as Majoring in Keyboard and Percussion Studies at the world renowned Music Program at Humber Jazz College in Toronto.. Joan has played many genres of music (including Jazz, Funk and POP-Rock and with many gifted musicians She has composed music for IBM, CIBC, RBC as well as scored music for Toronto Workshop Theatre Productions .Joan also enjoys playing solo piano gigs and has performed at venues including the prestigious McMichael Art Gallery in Kleinberg, Ontario , and at the Markham Flato Theatre .As well, Joan has worked with and performed on City TV Breakfast Television with Actor and Musician Dorian Harewood . In 2017 Joan was honoured to accept the position of Music & Choir Director for Fundraising Events for the Meta Centre in Toronto. Joan's ORIGINAL empowering song LUMINOSITY was chosen as the theme song for INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 2021 by Jill Hewlett from WOMENS WELLNESS CIRCLES..
