Bear Markets in Perspective - Fed's Fight Against Inflation - Tactical Change to our Asset Mix:

Bear Markets: Markets don't rise in straight line, there are ebbs and flows, contractions, declines, growth and profit. Since 1957 equities have entered Bear Markets ~ 7 years, with experience and hindsight, diligent investors are rewarded for remaining true to strategy and winning when BULL market prevails. DON'T REACT or BE EMOTIONAL. Markets go up & down, stay on course.

Fed's & Inflation: June 15th, US Resve raised policy interest rate by three quarters of % 1.50-1.75%, biggest since ‘94 & a tactic to slow inflation, that causes stocks sale, outcome above mentioned BEAR Market and BOND yields jumped as investors began to price in a higher interest rate.

Outcome: To contextualize events we look for inflation of 6-8% in ‘22 across most of the developed world, remain in in norms for 12+ months, with anticipated settlements higher than 2% long term vs. lower
