Hi, I’m Beth 🤍

I’m the founder of Kamiyah Coaching, and I support people in releasing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm using EFT tapping, Biofield Tuning, and trauma-informed coaching.

My work is deeply personal.

After experiencing trauma in my own life, I spent years trying to find a way to feel safe again in my body. What I discovered is that healing doesn’t come from forcing yourself to move on; it comes from gently allowing your body to release what it’s been holding.

That understanding changed everything for me.

Now, I create a space where people can show up exactly as they are, no pressure, no judgment, and begin to unwind what’s been stuck, at their own pace.

Many of my clients share things they’ve never said out loud before. Not because they’re pushed to, but because they finally feel safe enough to.

And from that place, real change begins.
