many moms-to-be are not sure if they should do because they are not sure if it really works !! and, YES! IT DOES WORK !
physically, it helps
1. recovering the adominal seperation
2. bringing back the organs back to their normal positions
3. easing any back soreness or pain by supporting your pelvic floor with the wrap.
