A court case, filed by group of 19 plaintiffs, ranging from private citizens to businesses, the BC based citizens advocacy organization Action4Canada and one estate in response to pandemic measures and edicts implemented over the last two years, which was quarterbacked by famed Constitutional Rights Centre founder Rocco Galati, has been "struck down in its entirety by Justice A. Yale University epidemiologist Harvey Risch is expecting insurers to seek financial compensation from Covid-19 vaccine makers to cover “early unexpected mortality claims,” as “they have a major financial risk that they have to figure out how to manage.”
Insurers’ actuaries have estimated that people receiving the vaccines would “live longer than they have” based on misrepresentations about “all-cause mortality,” based on the partial release of data from the early scientific trials, but that hasn’t turned out to be the case.
