Over the past few months, I’ve been structuring multiple initiatives under Marger Capital:
1. A private mortgage investment platform focused on income-producing real estate (multi-unit residential & NNN commercial) across Ontario
2. A fintech platform designed to support capital-ready entrepreneurs seeking $10M+ in structured debt and equity for cash-flowing projects across Canada, the U.S., and international markets
3. An Al-powered Social Impact Venture Capital Fund, with a targeted fund launch in 2026, focused on ESG-driven, high-growth companies generating $10M+ in revenue with long-term IPO potential
The vision is simple:
* Align capital with disciplined, income-backed and scalable opportunities
* Prioritize cash flow, structure, and sustainability over speculation
* Create a more intelligent, tech-enabled pathway between investors and qualified operators
As part of this buildout, I am exploring opportunities to further develop the MIC, Fintech and VC platform through ecosystems such as Black Founders Network DMZ ACBN Canada Foundation and Fund Launch
At this stage, I’m connecting with:
* Private investors and family offices interested in real estate debt and private credit exposure
* Capital-ready entrepreneurs with income-producing deals ($10M+) and a minimum of 10.2% cash liquidity
* Visionary founders building ESG-focused companies with $10M+ in revenue and scalable growth trajectories
For larger transactions ($100M+), I also work alongside institutional and family office capital partners.
No public offering is being made - simply building relationships with aligned individuals as these platforms develop toward fund launch in 2026.
