Lightbringer Photo
Jos Lightbringer, an individual who has engaged in photography for his whole life, but has only as of 2007 taken it seriously. False advertising can be found in a lot of places, but one of the worst offenders are camera manufacturers.
Whenever a new model is released, advertising teams put out campaigns with impressive photos, that show off how awesome the latest camera is. While most of it is true, the part that most don’t realize or understand is that, those amazing pictures that make you want the camera are carefully crafted by professionals using full (and I mean FULL) lighting systems.
The average photographer uses maybe one - the sun or a flash - and will never achieve the range and depth that their camera is capable of.
Seeing is believing, too much.

Unfortuntately, my timeliness left much to be desired. I arrived somewhere after 1pm, having missed a couple demos.
Opting to begin my adventure at Ashbridges, I arrived at Coronation park as the F-22 was tearing the sky apart with the sound of its 70,000 pounds per foot of thrust. To give you an idea of how powerful that is... the Snowbird team would have to be doubled in size to equal it. (One CT-114 has 2650lbf in thrust)
Despite missing the louder features, I was at Ontario Place to witness the tail end of the show. What a spectacular end!
The Snowbirds never fail to impress.
Happy Canada 150!

Killing time, while waiting for my ride out of the CNE area, I pulled out the camera and started snapping a few pics.
