JConcepts delivers a complete Top 7 sweep in Pro Electric Buggy Q2! Phi-Long Nguyen leads the way by taking the TQ once again, followed by Jared Wiggins in 2nd, Ryan Maifield in 3rd, Brandon Rose in 4th, Mason Fuller in 5th, Seth Vandalen in 6th, and Jonah Wilson rounding out the sweep in 7th. With Phi-Long taking both TQs, he officially secures the overall heading into the A-Main final!

Vaamp Raceway Endless Summer Race Report

E Truggy A Main - 1st place 🥇
E Buggy A Main - 4th Place 🏆

This past Sunday I attended my first race at Vaamp Raceway for their last event of the season, the “Endless Summer race”. After 1 battery pack of practice in the morning we headed into 2 rounds of qualifiers.

In E Truggy I had great qualifiers and I qualified in 2nd place. After great battles with Tim Burke in the mains, I was able to finish in first place and take the win in Electric Truggy!

After a few hiccups with E buggy in the quals, I ended up qualifying 2nd in the B Main. I won the B main with a 1st place finish and bumped into the A main where I would finish 4th place in both A1 and A2.

The track and facility were awesome, especially the driver stand which had a lot of detail and thought put into it. See everyone next year when the outdoor season begins again.

☀️🌧️Conditions: Mild fall weather – cool temps, rained out mains day.

Event Overview and Highlights

The 400 Fall Classic lived up to its name last weekend, drawing 177 entries across multiple classes with racers from the states and Canada which made for an intense couple days of racing.

After three rounds of qualifying I was able to put my Tekno E Truggy into the A Main and starting 7th on the grid. For E Buggy I found myself starting mid pack in the B Main 5th place.

Unfortunately the event got rained out on the day of the mains, and our qualifying position was our final ranking. All in all it was a great weekend of racing.

Qualifier’s are almost wrapped up here at the 2025 Fall Classic! Currently in 8th overall for E truck and in the B sort for E Buggy! My Tekno vehicles have been working great on Jconcepts Rubber with Hobbywing electronics and VRP pistons. 🏁
