We are back in Ajax for another exciting year at the awesome !
Starting this Thursday and running until October 8th, you can find us in our usual spot and shacked up with where Hiro will be selling her fantastic organic sourdough breads, English muffins and focaccia, including the ever popular Miso Garlic focaccia!
The market runs from 2pm until 7pm every Thursday. Come on down and help support the local small businesses!

After sitting on this recipe for a few years, which stemmed from my wife Hiromi's stellar homemade vegan pesto, we have finally created our own hot sauce version, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Released today, this is our take on a pesto style sandwich sauce, loading it up with basil and garlic, yellow 7 pot borg peppers to create a nice medium heat level, and of course emulsifying it with organic olive oil to deliver that creamy texture any great pesto sauce needs.
And it's vegan! We are replacing Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast, and have added in surprises along the way by adding in broccoli, and substituting pine nuts for walnuts.

In the end, the flavour profile is outstanding, and everything you would expect from a pesto sauce.
