It’s been a very busy week for me, how has yours been? 😁

This past Sunday I took my Reiki Level One 🥰

It's another tool added to my toolbox, to assist me in healing and calming my body 🧰

If I choose to provide this healing to another person, at minimum, I must complete Level Two 💞

Today, I am undecided as to what my next steps will be regarding Reiki, and the beautiful thing is that I don’t need to know 😁

I am learning to trust in the Universe, and allow the information to come to me in divine timing 🙏🌈

, can you believe I said that? 🤪😂

You see, when I met Elvira only a few short years ago, I was not the same person I am now 😲

Having been coached 1:1 by her, in her program & then being involved in the 6 month ie: Love Your Vibe Transformation, have given me a plethora of to enhance my life and try on new perspectives 😌

I’ve always loved school, continuing education, learning etc. 📚

Although I had a formal university education with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, I often felt that it wasn’t enough, that there was SO much more I could do 💊

I used to say that I wanted to be that woman who got a degree at 65 in something else📜

Well….. ‘be careful with your words’, they say!

Right?

The universe is ALWAYS listening and dishing them back to you on a silver platter 👂🍽

Here’s the thing...

I AM 65, and I AM still learning and getting certificates 😮

Say what?

It’s not in the courses I ever imagined, but that’s because I’ve grown as a person and have many new & esoteric interests ✨

Plus, I am now living a more life 💥

AND, the COOLEST part of my Reiki experience the other day was learning about its history.

The story goes that Dr. Mikao Usui of Japan, who rediscovered this technique in the late 1800’s - early 1900’s, was found walking with a torch in broad daylight attempting to spread the word of this magical healing ♾

When questioned why he was doing this, he answered that he was searching for people with a heart full of love and with enlightened hearts, but who are sad and sorrowful and do not know the true light 💔

I was mesmerized when I read those words, as that describes succinctly the people who would be a perfect fit for any of the transformational programs our beautiful team facilitates ✅

Kind, heart-centred people who have MORE inside of them that needs to come out so they can live a joyful life 💖

Transformation Thursday

Most transformations involve acknowledging something that feels like a shadow or even a struggle.

Many times it’s only a shift in perception that needs to occur to
find your strength.

And yes, sometimes it takes a lot more than that.

We are all unique individuals!
