Heya Mama

My two boys! Both at 4 days old.

Something about me is that I have super tough pregnancies. I feel like I get every possible pregnancy symptom that you can possibly get, and if I am totally honest I don’t love being pregnant.

But what gets me through pregnancy is being able to hold and bond with my baby during breastfeeding. It’s a week to celebrate something so special that as Mother’s we get to do for our babies! I have spent this week being thankful that I could enjoy a successful breastfeeding journey with both my boys.

One of my favourite things about being a Mummy/Mommy is being able to hold your newborn/baby and bond while nursing, I know not everyone has the same story and by no means has it been an easy journey.

But I’ve taken this week as an opportunity to be really thankful that I could cuddle, bond and feed both my boys. To all my breastfeeding Mamas! Go you! You’re doing an awesome job! But also to my new Mamas however you choose to feed your baby, they are so lucky to have you looking over them and feeding them however you choose to!
