Let me make something VERY clear ... Your skin. 😊
Exfoliating twice a week eliminates dead skin cells, refines pores and smoothes wrinkles. It's also important to mention, if you want your skincare to work, you need to exfoliate and get rid of the layer that's blocking further absorption and benefits of your skincare.
So how can we exfoliate our skin?🧐
There are many ways to do simple DIY at home, but the key is to make small, circular motions using your fingertips, be very gentle, you don't want to scrub your face hard and leave your skin with micro scratches.
💚 You can use honey, honey is antibacterial and helps remove dead skin cells. (It contains small amounts of gluconic acid and other alpha-hydroxy acids that gently remove dead skin cells)
💚Jojoba beeds- they're very mild and gentle and ideal for all skin types including sensitive skin.
💚Oatmeal- everyone has oatmeal in their pantry right?
All you need is 1 tablespoon of ground oats and just enough water to make a paste, then gently massage your face and neck.

If you can take away one thing from this post; Please patch test every new product you use on your body.
You can patch test by rubbing in a small amount of the product to the inside of your elbow and leaving it for 24-48 hours (do not wash off). This is to see if any allergies occur.
