When I worked on this design, I wanted it to reflect one of my core coaching values: consistency. In fitness, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach—everyone’s lifestyle is different and every person is different. But the one thing that always leads to success? Staying consistent 🙌.
The fitness industry loves to hype “shocking the system,” but I believe in keeping it simple, sustainable, and tailored to YOU. That’s the energy I brought into this logo and what I build with my clients every day.
