After careful consideration, I have decided to end my sponsorship and support of Buxton Speedway.

My sponsorship agreement was valued at $500 and was structured as a $250 payment and an apparel exchange. Since the beginning of our partnership, I created a custom team design (a service I normally charge $200 for) and delivered three separate shipments of apparel that were confirmed as received. The value of the apparel and design work provided exceeded my portion of the sponsorship commitment.

Throughout the process, I maintained communication regarding production timelines and advised that additional items would be completed once existing customer orders were fulfilled. As a small business owner and one-person operation, paying customer orders must remain my priority.

Despite the apparel already being delivered and the value provided exceeding my agreed contribution, I was informed that my sponsorship would be removed because the remaining items had not yet been received. Rather than working toward a resolution, the situation became unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional.

I take pride in treating people fairly, communicating honestly, and supporting local racing whenever possible. Unfortunately, I no longer feel that the relationship aligns with those values.

I wish the racers and teams the best moving forward, but I will be focusing my time, energy, and sponsorship efforts on organizations and partnerships that are built on mutual respect, professionalism, and clear communication.
