My final class at the Fit Stop has concluded, and fittingly, I ended with the initial routine from 2023. While my next appearance is uncertain, it's crucial to continue moving every joint daily to preserve flexibility and stability. Losing the skill of standing up and sitting down without support is avoidable...don't drop the tea!

Sad to announce March 26 will be the last time I will lead CIRCL at the Credit Union Place.

But you know...if you regularly attend CIRCL Mobility with Heather classes, then this is not a problem! 😉

We spend the hour moving every joint through guided patterns to gain flexibility and maintain mobility.🧘🧎🧍

And who doesn't want that? 🤔

Since Wednesday at 6 pm is our time slot, there are no more classes for 2024 ☹️ (Christmas Day and New Years Day the facility is closed) BUT 2025 is coming. 😊

Sign-up starts again on January 3rd. Class is no pressure, no pain, just gain! And make some new friends perhaps.
