Talk Safe To Me

for change. My background spans rural and urban life, education, social services, and community advocacy. I’ve worked as an esthetician, cosmetologist, Usui Reiki Master, Gladue Report Writer, and sociologist — experiences that have allowed me to work closely with people from many walks of life. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how policy, culture, identity, and lived experience intersect in everyday ways. I created Talk Safe To Me to offer a safe, respectful, non-partisan space where people can talk about community concerns, public safety, politics, and opportunities — without fear of judgment or being talked over. This podcast is about listening, learning, and finding common ground, even when conversations feel difficult. My role is to host, guide discussions, invite diverse voices, and help create an environment where people feel heard and respected. This space belongs to the community as much as it belongs to me.
