Months of inventory is sitting at 1.57 overall, showing a still-tight market with different pressure points across price ranges and property types.

Detached homes range from competitive lower segments to more balanced conditions in the mid-tier, while higher-end and acreage properties show more variation in supply vs demand.

📉 Some price bands remain undersupplied
📈 Others are starting to build inventory
