New session of Soul Stir! Register for the full 6-week session, or half by choosing either the October classes, or the November ones! Information on the class below 💜 Can’t wait to dance with you all again! Soul Stir- what is it?
Soul Stir is an adult ladies dance class, with the intentions of helping women build confidence, learn how to feel good moving their bodies, and to have fun in a safe environment. The class originally began with a sit down talk and intention each week, followed by dancing. It has more so transitioned to being a dance class that spends the beginning doing a warm up and working on certain body movement, followed by learning choreography to music!

Any level of dancer is welcome, as long as they come with good intentions, and the want to learn how to move their body in different ways :)

Adult Hip Hop session coming your way!! This open level class is open to all dancers (some experience is recommended) looking to level up their dancing in a fun environment 😃👟
Classes will focus on learning proper foundations of movements, and challenging new choreography weekly.
