I’m an unschooling papa to 4 Kids But I’m also a NatLifeCoach and have decades of movement coaching experience. I’m a huge huge fan of low gait and crawling patterns. Here’s why: Crawling and low gait patterns are low hanging fruit for keeping your kids entertained and trained to the point of exhaustion. If your kids are at school, then chances are they are being cultured out of moving how nature intended and are starting to become less and less competent Crawling and low gait will most definitely help to unravel the sitting, slouching, typing and swiping postures that kids are developing in their schooling environment.
