I will be partnering with Northern Air Farms and Tall Tree Farm on May 10!! I am working hard at putting together some fun and sweet plant holders for mom (they will include a plant!). As well I have made some fun plant labels you can use in your garden or for your herbs! So if you’re in the area, check out Northern Air Farms as we will be gathering at her stand (with her yummy food!).
