✨ Return to Self – Intuitive Movement & Self-Regulation Series ✨
This fall (or spring 🌸), I’m exploring the possibility of running a free 6–8 week movement journey designed to help adults reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system, and find renewal through movement, music, nature, and reflection.
Think: grounding circles, intuitive movement, mindful noticing, and journaling—woven into a safe, supportive space for self-expression and growth.
I’m gathering interest to see whether to launch this pilot test group in Fall 2025 🍂 or wait until Spring 2026 🌱.
👉 No commitment required—just curiosity!
If this resonates with you, please take a moment to fill out this short interest form. Your input will help shape the timing and direction of this offering:

It was a writing day.
A day to sift through the heaviness and find shape for the storm.
To meet the swell of symptoms that have been louder lately—relentless, even—and give them a voice.
My newest blog offers a glimpse beneath the surface.
A peek at the iceberg below what others may see.
It’s a way of making the invisible feel real, even for those closest to me—especially them.
Not to excuse the snappiness, but to explain: it’s not your fault.
Swipe through for a few excerpts.
Thank you for reading. For seeing me. For trying to understand.
