In these crazy times, kids are so vulnerable to the same big emotions we all have, except they've had less time to practice dealing with them.

Don't for a second feel that another person needs to look the same as you to be loved. You might pull yourself together a little more outwardly, but we're all the same, we all have stuff going on below the surface.

Kids are no different. When you see a kid who wears their hoodie or jacket a little too much or long, ask yourself - what can I do to make her/him feel a little safer today?
