Today, we are talking about Systemic Enzymes and their potential to dissolve fibrin-based plaque and improve systemic blood flow. If you've opted into certain health procedures, are dealing with a chronic infection, or are just looking to reduce inflammation and improve blood flow, I would highly recommend taking systemic enzymes to help dissolve fibrin-based clots. Many enzymes are degraded by stomach acid, so delayed-release (DR) or enteric-coated (EC) formulations are often essential. Enteric-coated formulas can sometimes contain polymers, so I recommend using DRcaps for this reason. I recommend the following systemic enzymes, ranked from the strongest to the least strong:
1. Lumbrokinase (DR)
2. Nattokinase (DR or regular caps)
3. Serrapeptase (DR)
4. Bromelain and/or Papain (DR)

I also recommend the following protocol:
• Nattokinase 2000 FU (fibrinolytic units) BID(regular caps or DR)
• Bromelain 500mg QD (DR)
• Curcumin Phytosome 500mg BID (Meriva Recommended)
• Augmented NAC 400mg QD or Regular NAC 1000mg BID

Comment “Fibrin” if you would like me to send you a list of my top recommended Systemic Enzymes.
