Tonight was our last dinner service — a night filled with familiar faces, unexpected reunions, warm hugs, and so many heartfelt words. We were overwhelmed by the love that walked through our doors.

To everyone who came to dine with us, sent a message, or simply kept us in your thoughts: thank you. You made our final days unforgettable.

We’re leaving Silver Spoon with full hearts.

It’s bittersweet to close this chapter, but we’re grateful beyond words for the decade of connection, kindness, and loyalty you’ve given us.

We’ve been humbled by the outpouring of love since sharing our news. Every message, every hug, every familiar face walking in “one more time” has meant more to us than we can express.

We never stopped to think about the impact our food might be having beyond filling a plate. Hearing stories about the birthdays celebrated here, the weekly family dinners, the comfort meals after long days, the memories you’ve made at your favorite table - has touched us deeply.

We never expected that our little restaurant would become such a woven part of your lives. To learn that our cooking brought joy, connection, and even healing… has taken us by surprise in the most beautiful way.

We didn’t think this would get so emotional for us. It’s been a mix of gratitude, pride, and bittersweet sadness.

Dearest friends and family,

After ten unforgettable years, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to close the doors of Silver Spoon at the end of November, 2025.

What began as a small family dream in 2015 grew into something truly special — a place filled with the aromas of Thai comfort food, the laughter of regulars, and the warmth of countless memories shared over a good meal. It was a journey built on hustle, heart, and a whole lot of love.

Through the highs and the hardships, including the loss of family who helped us lay the foundation, our community — you — kept us going. Your loyalty, your stories, and your familiar faces became the heartbeat of Silver Spoon. Many of you watched our family grow, supported us through every chapter, and in return, we hope we nourished not just your appetite but your spirit too.

As our own family has grown, we’ve decided it’s time to close this chapter so we can focus on our young children and embrace the next season of life together.

Thank you for being part of our journey. For every takeout order, every smile, every “extra spicy” request, and every moment you made Silver Spoon feel like home.

We may be saying goodbye to the restaurant, but not to the connections and community that made it all worthwhile.

Our Spicy Crispy dish is unique.
Mixed chopped veggies with battered chicken, shrimp or tofu and tossed in a chef’s blend of special herbs and spices.

We love it with jasmine rice or chopped iceberg lettuce if you’re wanting something lighter.

Our vermicelli bowls are filling and flavourful!

A great choice when you’re stuck between something hot and something fresh, crunchy like a salad. This is the best of both worlds 😋
