I hit pause earlier this year on everything. Abruptly. With resistance until my body showed me signs it was the only path. It was highly counter to my productive “doer” identity but a necessary move to gain my health back (both mentally and physically). Over the last few weeks I’ve begun to get back into the studio to play and I’m looking forward to a new year and hopefully a bit more capacity for clay!
