Chez OYA Énergies, coopérative publique engagée dans la transition énergétique, le besoin était clair : redéfinir le positionnement de l’entreprise pour renforcer la cohésion interne et raviver le sens collectif.

👉 En collaboration avec BIG HAPPY nous avons accompagné les équipes à travers 7 ateliers et 2 séminaires : un processus d’écoute, de co-création et de réconciliation qui a permis de faire émerger une vision partagée et des actions concrètes. Un bel exemple de transformation collective au service d’une mission durable et porteuse de sens.

At Oya Énergies, a public cooperative committed to the energy transition, the need was clear: redefine the company’s positioning to strengthen internal cohesion and rekindle a sense of collective purpose.

👉 In collaboration with Big Happy, we guided teams through 7 workshops and 2 seminars — a process of listening, co-creation, and reconciliation that led to a shared vision and concrete actions for the future. A powerful example of collective transformation in service of a meaningful and sustainable mission.
