The Communications Security Establishment (CSE) is struggling to find enough Canadians to fill its vacancies as it increases its online presence. Indeed, it's more than 100 million malicious infiltration attempts that can be blocked by the team each day.

Despite massive growth, many positions are still vacant. "We don't have enough technical candidates for multiple positions. It's a big challenge" said Bruno Gervais, supervisor of the CSE recruiting team.

To fill the vacant positions, the CSE will need to hire approximately 150 full-time employees and 300 students next year.
