MONA

I'm Mona and I was born in Tehran in 1989 and I got my diploma in computer. I have B.A of teaching English and after graduation I worked as a secretary in different fields. I traveled to Malaysia in 2012 and worked as a sale representative in a travel agency for the first months and I understood that I have a special talent and after taking some photos, I decided to work as a model. After 10 months, my visa was expired and I had to come back to Iran. Because of my interest in modeling, I was looking to work as a model in Iran but I didn't succeed and I worked in telecommunication company .After a couple of months, I decided to come back to Malaysia but a call changed my destiny. That call was from an Islamic modeling company that I had searched in the internet and had registered my name. After a test and some interviews, they chose me for the modeling classes. I was interested in the modeling when I was a teenager and I watched fashion shows eagerly and it was the reason for my talent. At this time, I had passed half of the modeling classes and I'm waiting impatiently to become the number one face.

I love music and when I'm angry, I listen to Rock and Heavy metal, but rock, pop and Rap music makes me calm. My favorite singer is Eminem and my favorite group is Back street boys and I was the fan of horror movies in childhood. I'm interested in swimming, skate and mountaineer and I did them professionally in the past, but now I just go to pilates class to keep my style.

My reason for participating in this competition is that I'm moving toward higher successes and I like to show the world that an Iranian is not a terrorist or a smuggler and I want to show the beauty and kindness of them.
This competition can substantiate the suppressed self confidence of Iranian women and this self confidence leads to the progress of women's talents.

For the next 5 years, I see myself as a popular model of famous brands and I want to help poor people with my wealth. I know that making a change in the culture and society is very difficult, but we can start from ourselves and our environment.
