Join us on a month long journey through BS-free, accessible yoga, with teachers Miguel Chen (E-RYT 500, Teenage Bottlerocket) and Emilie Comeau Chen ( RYT-500, Oh My Snare). I play bass in a punk band called Teenage Bottlerocket and I am a certified yoga instructor. I team up with other teachers from around the world to bring spiritual practice and yoga to punk rockers.
