Throwback to an old scrap about 8 years ago. I’m very grateful to the two men standing next to me. the best S&C coach I’ve ever worked with had me in amazing shape which allowed me to go all 5 rounds & my best homie who continues to push & inspire me everyday. And now we pass on the torch to all the up and coming ninjas .
