Conifers can be pruned any time of year, but pruning during the dormant season may minimize sap and resin flow from cut branches. Consideration must be given to the structure of the tree, weight and size of limbs, proximity to adjacent structures and power lines, accessibility for heavy equipment, and most important, the safety of everyone involved in or around the operation. Removals are done using either our 60 ft. bucket truck or by climbing. We then safely rope each large limb and trunk section before slowly lowering them to the ground after the cut is made.
