Reminder: One of the most important members of your spirit team is you.

Yes, we have spirit guides. We may have angels, ancestors, loved ones in spirit, and guides who come and go throughout different seasons of our lives.

But we often overlook the guide who knows us most intimately: our higher self.

I think of the higher self as the part of our soul that remains connected to the bigger picture. It isn't separate from us, it's us beyond fear, conditioning, and old wounds. It's the part of us that remembers.

The more we align with who we truly are, the easier it becomes to recognize that guidance.

Intuition doesn't only arrive from spirit outside of us. It also rises from the deepest, wisest part within us.
