I was embarrased to see the waste produced when I bought bread and other bakery items from the grocery store! Plus, the number of "weird" ingredients didn't seem very healthy. BakerGal uses minimal ingredients (only ones you can pronounce). I also make an effort to minimize packaging, or use paper, recyclable paper when possible.
