In a given moment you could have a ton of things you need to work on…

So how do you chose how to allocate your time?

Here’s our advice:

1ļøāƒ£ Look for ā€œForce Multipliersā€ — cleaning up your nutrition and working out more, getting better sleep and drinking more water, they don’t just make you look better.

As you improve your health, your capacity for work improves, you have more energy to direct to other problems.

Before you fix anything, focus on building your capacity and adding to your capability.

It’ll make the rest of the work a lot easier.

2ļøāƒ£ Differentiate between ā€œImportant and Urgentā€ — important means crucial, urgent means right now.

Focus on accomplishing the urgent and important tasks first, and set time aside for the important but not urgent later.

3ļøāƒ£ Find Support — did you know that your body consumes more energy trying to self regulate a problem than it would if you discussed the problem with another person?

That means not talking about your šŸ’© is actually more exhausting.

Find a trustworthy and insightful friend or peer and confide in them throughout your problem solving.
