In a given moment you could have a ton of things you need to work onā¦
So how do you chose how to allocate your time?
Hereās our advice:
1ļøā£ Look for āForce Multipliersā ā cleaning up your nutrition and working out more, getting better sleep and drinking more water, they donāt just make you look better.
As you improve your health, your capacity for work improves, you have more energy to direct to other problems.
Before you fix anything, focus on building your capacity and adding to your capability.
Itāll make the rest of the work a lot easier.
2ļøā£ Differentiate between āImportant and Urgentā ā important means crucial, urgent means right now.
Focus on accomplishing the urgent and important tasks first, and set time aside for the important but not urgent later.
3ļøā£ Find Support ā did you know that your body consumes more energy trying to self regulate a problem than it would if you discussed the problem with another person?
That means not talking about your š© is actually more exhausting.
Find a trustworthy and insightful friend or peer and confide in them throughout your problem solving.
