Disclaimer: This is true for MOST people, body dysmorphia is not anyone's friend and bo***ir is an extra struggle for those who have it. If you suffer from extreme body dysmorphia, I suggest talking to your therapist about whether or not this is something you are ready for, or if you should do a bit more work on the journey first. If you want to talk about whether or not you think you are ready for this experience, I would be happy to discuss with anyone who truly isn't sure, I'm not going to convince you you are ready just to get a sale, I care more about your wellbeing then my pocketbook.
