It’s a bittersweet morning 💔

First of all, HAPPY NATIONAL CROISSANT DAY. It’s a day to celebrate this golden, flakey, beautiful pastry that has allowed us to grow, create, and love this community ♥️

I would also like to specifically thank Kelly, Saffiya, Clare, Simon, James, and Ben for being the best team, past and present, that I could have ever asked for.

Though we are closing our doors, please remember all the other local makers and bakers in the community. They need your help more than ever right now.

Holy Smokes! That was our busiest morning ever. We are sold out for the day, and will be seeing you tomorrow morning at 9am for our final farewell, and to celebrate National Croissant Day.
