Upper Level Doors Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, people-person to join our Kingston team as our new Client Services & Administrative Assistant!

If you love helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be your next role.

What you'll do:
✔️ Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers (phone & email)
✔️ Greet walk-in customers and vendors
✔️ Handle invoicing, data entry, and filing
✔️ Provide top-notch customer service and follow-ups
✔️ Support our Office Administrator day-to-day
✔️ Sort and distribute mail and deliveries

✅ What we're looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Sage50 experience preferred, willing to train
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in person
- Professional phone manner and great communication skills
- A problem-solver who isn't afraid to ask questions and learn along the way

💰 What we offer:

$20–$23/hour
Full-time, in-person role
Benefits after 3 months (dental, health, life insurance)
Performance-based bonus opportunities
