📣 Meet Rachael H - Chiropodist
(yes, there’s two Rach(a)els… sorry in advance!)

🦶 Why Chiropody?
Growing up as a competitive athlete (soccer, lacrosse, water polo and hockey), Rachael struggled with severe foot pain in her early teens. Orthotics helped her keep playing pain free and now she helps others find that same relief. She loves the variety in chiropody: treating everything from foot and ankle injuries to prescribing medications and performing soft tissue procedures. No two days are ever the same, and she enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients.

💪 Hobbies & Interests:
Rachael loves to stay active! She enjoys strength training, running (sometimes😅), and playing pickleball, tennis, golf and spike ball with friends. She’s competed in two HYROX races and is gearing up for the Toronto HYROX this October with her sister!

🐾 Pets:
She runs a small zoo at home with her rescue dog (from northern Ontario!) and three very opinionated cats.

🦵 Favourite Thing About the Job:
Helping people walk more comfortably, sometimes instantly. She’s grateful to make a real difference in people’s mobility and quality of life.

🎉 Fun Fact:
She was the goalie for Queen’s University varsity water polo! 🤽‍♀️ Go Gaels! 🇷🇴
